Classes cater to your team's specific needs—stress relief, posture improvement, enhanced focus, or overall well-being. Sessions suit all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis.

Available for one-off events or block bookings at a set time each week - popular session times include the following, but times can be adjusted to suit your organisation’s requirements:
Before work: 8:00 - 9:00
Lunchtime: 12:00 - 13:00 or 13:00 - 14:00
After work: 17:00 - 18:00
